Our quotation will detail exactly what is included and is, in our opinion, the best & most cost effective option when compared to ''ballpark estimates'' or square metre prices, these may look attractive but its known these end up, on average 15-20% over budget by completion. We advise, when obtaining quotes to make sure you are comparing like for like extension quotes & remember, though sometimes the case, CHEAPEST IS NOT ALWAYS BEST.

We price every project individually & accurately and always price to win, so you can be sure that our quotation is always competitive. Our itemized quotation gives customers peace of mind that everything is included as per the design, there are however some things that can never be covered for example hidden variations onsite from the design drawings .
